Sun Broadband Worthless I mean Wireless (what they call SBW) is a piece of junk sold for 888 pesos, I bought mine last May 4 and it was good in the first 3 days. Speed was about 1.7kbps after that poof.. No more now I can't even connect it to google.com (well I could but it takes so long.) I called there customer service hotline which is 333 around 7pm it was a Tuesday and just like their broadband there customer service took 30mnts to answer my call. When they finnally did answer my call they advised me to go online about 3am in the morning so it would be fast, yeah right!?
Who in the right state of mind would pay be 750 a month to go online at 3am. When I asked the representative "Am I the only person who has this concern?" the representative said YES!!! I'm the only one in the entire freaking Metro Manila, I'm the only one!!!!!! Which is a big FAT LIE I'm not angry at the representative since there only saying what they are told. I know I worked at a call centre.
3.6kbps is there promise speed... Asan kaya yun!?
I live in East Fairvew so if ever you live around these part's don't buy this crap its a waste of money and time. Better yet don't buy this at all... My classmates in Morayta have been having a hard time with it too. Please I beg if your in Caloocan NO it won't even connect you to google.com.. Just don't buy this its ugly,cheap and worthless
*There internet connection is slow although its Cheap.
*There customer service reps take 30mnts to answer you call.
